Please ensure that your charger and device are not in a location where either one of them may be accidentally shifted, which would lead the alignment of the coils to shift. You should always place your device as centered as possible on the wireless charging coil, or the wireless charging may not work properly. The size of the charging coil (~42mm) is actually much smaller than the size of the charging pad, so careful alignment is very important.
